One of the key things discussed in this clip is the experience of gangs and territorialism. This could be an exploration point within the class, for the class to interview each other and to find out what experience pupils in the room have of gang culture in their area and whether or not it is rife. Pupils could then start to investigate what motivates individuals to join gangs and what society can do to stop this from happening. Pupils could look at their own communities and the needs of teenagers, making suggestions to local MPs, in letter or in person, about how to stop gang culture in their area.
