An animation aimed at young teenage girls with severe learning difficulties around the issue of menstruation. Kera (a young teenage girl with severe learning difficulties) is on the sofa at home. She starts to get an ache in her lower abdomen and goes to the bathroom. Sitting on the toilet, she notices blood in her underwear. She is surprised and a little embarrassed. She is unsure what has happened and a question mark appears. The video replays. During the replay, after she notices the blood in her underwear, Kera calls for her mother. Kera indicates the blood to her mother. Her mother brings her a clean pair of underwear and shows Kera how to apply a sanitary pad to them. They smile at each other.
