Being able to market and sell an idea is crucial to the success of any product or service. This animation reveals different ways to convince clients, customers and colleagues to get on board with a product or service. Techniques are structured around the fundamental Five Ps of marketing: product, price, place, people and promotion. The film illustrates that it is crucial to know exactly what you’re selling, as this will inform all the other decisions about how to sell it, such as the pricing strategy. Other important elements of a marketing strategy include where the product or service is seen, made, sold and distributed, who is selling it and the promotional activities you use to make your customers aware of your products and services.
