This clip can be used as an aid in a lesson on conversion. The lesson can begin with pupils each given a conversion chart and set various questions to apply it. Once they have started, the clip can be played and pupils will then, having already attempted the task and become familiar with what it demands, be able to watch the clip with a practical engagement. They can take on board what it is teaching, thus learning how to answer the questions, if they were initially unsure. Other pupils can check their answers based on what the clip reveals about converting grams to kilograms. It may also raise some further questions that pupils will then have an opportunity to ask.
