Gareth gets to grips with a sophisticated, new software package, which responds to his verbal instructions, to demonstrate clearly a sequence of geometric transformations. The computer reflects a picture in a mirror line then enlarges part of it from a point. The picture is then translated in the x-y plane and lastly rotated about a point.

This clip is from:

A good introduction to the transformations. This can be followed by further practice and more challenging questions like reflections in y=x or y=-x. Questions could be set on finding the line of reflection. Enlargements, where the scale factor is fractional or even negative, are also an option for Higher Tier candidates.
