This clip could be used as part of a unit on pathways and employability skills. Students could watch the clip and identify what an NVQ is and why you might choose this pathway. They would also list the skills and qualities gained from taking part in these kinds of activities. Students can identify a sport or activity that they undertake in their own lives and identify the skills that it gives them. They would then write a paragraph about this for an application letter for a job/ college or their personal statements.
