Stop the clip at 19 seconds and 37 seconds and ask the children how much money each character has altogether. Ask the children to count out the same amount of money as one of the characters in the clip from a box of money. Continue to stop the clip each time a transaction takes place and ask the children to hand over the same amount of money as the characters in the story. This exercise could then be repeated with a story of the teachers making in which children are given an amount of money to go to the shops and make various purchases. At each point a purchase is made, children count out the correct amount of money.
