Why you should never stop learning at work
Learning doesn’t stop once you have the job - it’s key to your career progression. Take every opportunity you can to learn more and develop in your role. Who knows where it could take you!

- Learn from your colleagues - ask questions, listen and watch them at work
- Find out what training is offered in your workplace and put yourself forward. Training can be sector-specific, such as a chef learning how to make a new dish, or to develop transferable skills, such as a leadership course
- Make learning a regular part of your working week: schedule time to research the industry and to develop your soft skills
- Think outside the box and be proactive. Consider where else you could learn skills or what to research in order to progress in the workplace - employers love it!
