New research has uncovered a sharp rise in American teenagers suffering with serious depression. The journal, Podiatrics, reported an increase of almost 25% compared with 10 years ago. Here in the UK, it’s a similar story. The number of children seeking help for anxiety has increased by 35% in just one year. Why is this happening?
