Trushar Barot, former assistant editor in the BBC’s User-Generated Content and Social Media Hub, describes how UGC material is carefully sourced and verified before it is broadcast.

Trushar Barot, former assistant editor at the UGC and Social Media Hub, describes how they find, verify and prepare material for broadcast in accordance with the BBC’s editorial guidelines.
