A BBCNI Community Life appeal taking a look at the work of the MS Society in Northern Ireland, a beach outing to Portrush and local research on rare diseases.

The MS Society has local groups offering services and support right across Northern Ireland. They also run a Resource Centre in Belfast providing a range of services for people with MS including counselling, neurophysiotherapy, physical activity classes and alternative therapies. The MS Society provide opportunities for people with MS and their carers to make connections and find information and peer support.

Fundraising allows the charity to provide local support in Northern Ireland and to fight for better care. To get involved or top find out more please visit the MS Society website.
