The Mae Murray Foundation seeks to provide access solutions for people who are socially isolated or excluded because of disability, age or medical condition. The charity began its work to create inclusive beaches in 2016  and now, with support from Councils and funders, 3 local beaches will have specially designed wheelchairs , walkers, hoisting and changing-bench facilities.

All of this beach access equipment is free to use.  It’s available during the Mae Murray Beach Days and can also be hired by families the whole summer long.
