Young Concert Artists TrustThe BBC has arranged an aftercare scheme for the five finalists who reach the Final. It is with the Young Concert Artists Trust (YCAT), a charitable trust which manages the entry of exceptional young musicians into the world of professional music. From this organisation the BBC winners receive advice on concert engagements, repertoire, teachers, fee negotiations and on other matters. The first two years of this service are paid for by the BBC.
