A photocopy of your passport description page (to prove UK citizenship) 3. A photocopy of a certificate to show that you have gained Grade 8 in the examinations of one of the recognised Schools of Music or a photocopy of a Performer's Diploma or a signed accreditation from a professional teacher of your instrument.
