I am now 93 years old and living in a residential care home in Ash in Surrey.

After the war I nursed for a while in Durban in Africa where I got married and had two children. My husband (Peter Court) and I then returned to England where we had two more children and lived in Harrow on the hill, London. Our fifth and final child was born in Paris where we lived for 9 years before returning to England.

I now have 13 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
