Ignite 2009

Win a chance to have your play recorded by professional actors - all you need to do is write one scene and send it in.

Ignite is a national stage and radio playwriting competition for writers aged between 16 and 26 who are resident in Scotland. Entrants must submit a scene and synopsis from their play.

Winners will receive six month’s support with one of Scotland’s top playwrights to turn their ideas into a full-length play. They will also have a fantastic opportunity to record extracts of their play with professional actors in a unique one-day workshop experience.
