Making a Complaint
If you would like to complain about any aspect of the BBC or its output please send it through our new BBC Complaints system.

1) Can't find what you're looking for?
Please explore the FAQ page before you mail us. You can use the bbc.co.uk search engine. There's a lot of information on the site, and a search may well provide the answer to your query.

2) I've got something to say about this site.
We appreciate knowing what you think of the writersroom website. If we've done something you like or dislike, or there's something you'd like to see, use the form on this page. But we regret we cannot deal with comments or questions about actual programmes or scheduling problems - for those please see point number 4 below.

3) I've got something to submit to writersroom.
Please don't send scripts by email - we haven't the resources to print them up nor to assess them on screen. You can send your complete work by post to the Development Manager at:

BBC writersroom
1st Floor
Grafton House
379-381 Euston Road
London
NW1 3AU

Read the guidelines for writing drama & comedy for television and radio in the Writing for the BBC section of the site for more information about sending your scripts.

4) Comments about programmes and other matters.
If you have questions or comments about TV or Radio programmes, scheduling or other matters our website team cannot deal with them here. You will need to start at the BBC Information website for information and links about programmes, BBC services and the BBC itself. You can email the BBC centrally from there.

5) I've got a technical problem...
If you are experiencing a technical problem with the site please contact the BBC Webmaster.
