E-survey: Violence begins at home

Each year, more than 1.6 million people worldwide lose their lives to violence.

For everyone who dies as a result of violence, many more are injured and suffer from a range of physical, sexual, reproductive and mental health problems.

In an in-depth series, BBC World Service explores domestic violence as a major global public health challenge. We want to know what you think about violence in the home - can it ever be right to hurt someone?
