Advertisements promoting the HIV messages of the campaign were distributed to 100 taxis, known as 'Candongueiros' in Angola.
Candongueiros are a prominent feature in the Angolan landscape, and so proved to be an innovative way of ensuring maximum exposure of the campaign messages.
Posters and banners
Five thousand A3 full colour posters and 36 banners for 18 provincial cities were distributed.
Text messages
Texts promoting campaign messages were sent to mobile phones.
Newspapers
Advertising promoting campaign messages were published in Angolan newspapers.
