The area boy, Area, is not your run of the mill motor park tout. He is "special assistant" to the special assistant of the local government chairman... In this role Area tries to protect his master and establish himself as the chief tout. Then a riot breaks out with Area as a central figure and in order to escape arrest he goes underground. But lately, he's begun to sneak into the community at night and he has an agenda he's dying to unfold. |
