Who we are The Research & Learning Group (R&L) is an international team of research professionals with expertise in media, communications and audience insight. We deliver audience research to producers and programme makers and evaluation research to key stakeholders. The group is headquartered in London with team members located in Abuja, Dar es Salaam, Delhi, Dhaka, Kabul, Luanda, and Phnom Penh. In order to draw on the most advanced thought leadership in research methodology to capture meaningful measures of knowledge, attitudes and practice, the R&L Group at the BBC World Service Trust has developed a network of global experts to inform the design and execution of our research programs throughout the world.
