Producer King James picks up the award for 'Talk Talk'
Producer King James picks up the award for 'Talk Talk'
The BBC World Service Trust has won a host of awards for its project work over the last few years including:

2006
Jasoos Vijay the Trust’s TV detective drama designed to raise awareness of HIV and AIDS, won the Best Public Service Programme category at the prestigious Indian Telly Awards.

Darfur Lifeline the Trust's humanitarian radio service in Sudan, won first prize for its children’s programme, 'Ursom ala el ard makaanak' (Draw Your Place On Earth), in the Youth category of the Radio for Peacebuilding Awards.

Talk Talk won the Africast 'Best Producer Radio' award. The programme was also nominated in the 'Best Radio Programme' category.

2005
My Life online journalist Salma Negm won the BBC World Service Multilingual Online Original Journalism Award (Engaging Audience category) for her work on BBCArabic.com.

2004
