David Edmonds

David EdmondsDavid Edmonds took two degrees at Oxford University. He then worked for an international relations consultancy for a couple of years before joining the BBC World Service in 1990.

Apart from a sabbatical year as a Research Fellow at the University of Chicago, he has been at the World Service ever since, specialising in documentaries, on a variety of subjects, from the history of the cold war, to logical paradoxes, to beards.

In his spare time he enjoys sport, movies and down-market crime novels. He is studying part time for a doctorate in philosophy.
