Mark Coles hosted a very special Anniversary Concert starting a musical trip around the world with the most successful band ever to come from Greenwich itself - 'Squeeze'.

Joining them was a man recently described as "Africa's answer to Cat Stevens and Nick Drake", the Mauritanian singer/songwriter Daby Toure.

Punk rock legends Mick Jones (The Clash, Big Audio Dynamite) and Tony James (Generation X, Sigue Sigue Sputnik) also joined us with their new group Carbon/Silicon.

Flying in from the launch of her new album was the Georgia-born Katie Melua, the biggest-selling UK female artist in the world in 2006.

And rounding the bill off were the winners of 'The Next Big Thing 2007', Yunasi.
