In Liberia a loophole in the law means that anyone can set themselves up as a private adoption business.
Despite a government moratorium on inter-country adoptions, children are still being sent abroad by some unscrupulous individuals and organisations who see the chance of making a profit.
For Assignment Nadene Ghouri goes undercover to expose the trade in children by some charities registered in the United States and operating as businesses in Liberia.
