![]() The 20 finalists Outlook Last year, the British Council launched a competition to find India's Young Creative Entrepreneur of the Year. The winner will be announced on February 12 2007. More than 1,000 nominations have been whittled down to 20, and here on Outlook, BBC reporter Tanya Datta follows the progress of six of those short-listed candidates.
