Sign of the times The first thing a visitor sees coming out of the new airport in Erbil is an unfinished monument to the good times in Kurdistan, a sky-scraping hotel. The sign outside says it is a project of the luxury Park Kempinski group. Kempinski says they withdrew from the project some time ago. |
