Mao Xi was the organizer and presenter of China Day

Mao Xi has been working for different radio stations in China for over 10 years as a producer as well as presenter. She produced the ground breaking series of radio programs interviewing people from more than 30 countries about different perspectives on modern life around the world.

Mao Xi was also the organizer and presenter of China Day. Mao Xi also writes for top Chinese Magazines and newspapers, she has had several articles published throughout her years as a top radio DJ.

From July 2003 to November 2004, she co-hosted a food culture show with the BBC Chinese Service (Knife, Folk and Chopsticks) and was highly praised for her work.

Apart from teaching English and Culture studies at the university, she works at the local music radio on a part-time basis and is now the coordinator of the university FM Radio.
