Nhan is 20 and lives in Vietnam's capital Ho Chi Minh City. He has been involved with Save the Children in their child-focused HIV prevention, care and support programme, since 2002.

In 2005, he became an assistant trainer for the project. This enables him to reach out to young vulnerable members of the community and share his knowledge and attitude towards HIV.

Through a combination of games and activities, workshops and role plays the issues that surround HIV and AIDS are discussed. The children feel less embarrassed about these types of topics with people nearer their own age.
