Information Needed for Entry
- The station must provide at least three examples of its original programming that effectively reflect the quality of their journalism and illustrate how issues or news stories they have covered have positively affected their audience
- One of these clips must include some form of interaction with listeners, be that though phone-ins or vox pops
- These clips must not exceed a total of 60 minutes and no editing is permitted within each extract
- As well as a completed entry form they must provide details of their schedule and highlight the programmes of which they deem to have the greatest impact on their audience
- The station should also give examples of any special circumstances or difficulties they have overcome to provide informative and impartial programming and any other supporting information in no more than 250 words
- The station may also submit supporting materials to support their entry such as marketing materials or photographs
