The BBC will be giving out prizes for radio excellence in seven categories at the first ever Africa Radio Awards.

There is no limit for how many categories a station can enter.

We are looking for output that is exciting, innovative and highlights the work that stations and individual broadcasters have done to earn their audiences' respect. Stations will have gained a reputation for quality programmes.

Just take your time and choose the category that best suits your station's strengths.

And remember, there are no limits for how many categories a station can enter.
