There are a glowing number of affluent members of India's middle class who are choosing a radical new way to have soft, clean and attractive feet.
The latest beauty treat that people are queuing up for is a fish pedicure.
You simply put your feet into a tank full of hungry fish that nibble away at the dead skin, leaving them shiny and fresh - well that's the theory anyway!
We sent Outlook listener Srikanth Krishnamurthy - who's blind - with our reporter Sampath Kumar to test out a fish pedicure:
