
The UK government plans to transfer funding of S4C to the BBC in 2014
People in Wales have been protesting against a cut in government funding of their Welsh-language TV station, S4C.
It is to lose a quarter of its budget, because the British government is trying to save money.
However, Welsh speakers fear that a lifeline to the language is being cut.
Europe Today's Tim Jenkins reports from the Welsh capital, Cardiff.
