'I don't own anything': Buddhist lama on a life without material goods

The dark, threatening cloud of austerity hovering over Europe's future does not spell bad news for everyone.

Lama Zangmo is a Buddhist lama from the Kagyu Samye Dzong Tibetan Buddhist Meditation Centre in London.

Originally from Denmark, she has been living the life of a Buddhist nun for 25 years, with barely any possessions of her own.

Europe Today's James Coomarasamy asked her what it is like to do without the material things most of us consider part of our daily life.
