A 74-year-old Greek man is suing a Swedish yoghurt company for €6.9m because, he claims, they are using his image without permission on pots of Turkish yoghurt.
Minas Karaztoglu says the outfit he is wearing in the photo is the traditional costume worn by his grandfather and great-grandfather when they took part in the uprising against the Ottoman Empire in the 19th Century.
The BBC's Malcolm Brababt spoke to Mr Minas's lawyer, Dimitri Dimitriou, in Athens.
