Stalin billboards to be displayed by Moscow Mayor on Victory Day

Every 9 May in Moscow, columns of marching soldiers, tanks, missile carriers and fighter jets mark the Russian victory over Nazi Germany.

This year, the Mayor of Moscow, Yury Luzhkov, wants to have giant billboards of Josef Stalin posted around the city.
