Cuban TV series documents 638 attempts on Fidel Castro's life

Castro led Cuba for nearly 50 years

Fidel Castro is making a come-back to millions of Cubans in the form of a lavish documentary series about him and his near-death experiences.

The eight-part series, called "He Who Must Live", shows how the former Cuban leader survived 638 assassination attempts on his life.

The BBC's Michael Voss has been watching in Havana.
