Will artificial meat ever catch on?

Could meat grown in a laboratory be the answer to the problem of the vast amounts of greenhouse gases emitted by farm animals?

Scientists at Eindhoven University are working on growing artificial meat from animal stem cells.

They think laboratory-grown meat could be on sale within years.

Mark Post is Professor of Tissue Engineering at Eindhoven University.
