Sarah Palin, the former US vice-presidential candidate and poster girl for middle American conservatives that electrified the Republican presidential campaign last year, is back.

Her autobiography,"Going Rogue - an American life", is out today.

It is said to have been written in four months for an advance of $7m. So who is it aimed at?
