Send us your sounds!

We'd love to hear the sounds that you've recorded and to incorporate them into our world sounds map.

Please use the form below to send us in examples of what you've collected and let us know where and when it was recorded. A good description of what you were recording would be really useful too. Be as detailed as you can.

If you want some advice on the best way to record a sound then check our tips for recording page. Please stick to a maximum length of two minutes for each sound, but feel free to send us as many sounds as you can collect.

We're especially interested in endangered sounds, things that future generations won't readily be able to hear. If you think your sound is endangered then tell us why!

Please read our Terms and Conditions for the full terms of our - and your - rights.
