Global Questions: the G20 Summit

On Thursday 2 April Gordon Brown will play host to the G20 Summit.

Leaders from the world's most powerful countries - representing 85% of the world's output - will meet in London against the backdrop of the worst international financial crisis in decades.

In the run up to the summit, the BBC World Service and World TV are hosting an edition of Global Questions at the London Stock Exchange, chaired by Lyse Doucet.

A panel of high-profile international figures from the world of finance and industry will answer questions from a specially-invited global audience on what steps they want the G20 to take - if the combined threats of the global banking collapse, rapid deflation, poverty and climate change are to be overcome.
