Much of the city remains one giant construction site

The price of oil is continuing to rise, with some analysts now predicting that it will reach $200 a barrel by the end of the year.

It is a tale of woe for some, but an opportunity for others.

Saudi Arabia is now earning $1 billion dollars a day in oil revenues.

It is using some of that money to build six new cities that may change the Kingdom forever.

The BBC's Crispin Thorold sent this report from the King Abdullah Economic City, near Jeddah.
