Shakespeare Thursday, May 24, 2007

William Kremer and Callum Robertson

Dr Bridget Escolme, Queen Mary University of London

Programme Summary
This is the first in a short series of Talk about English webcasts about the person many say is the greatest writer in the English language. No, not JK Rowling but William Shakespeare! In this programme, we're talking about what it's like to see a Shakespeare play - and what it would have been like four hundred years ago! Plus, we'll be discussing a famous passage that you can read yourself in the language section.
