Welcome to Talking Sport!

Judo is a martial art that started in Japan.

It first became a sport in the Olympics in 1964.

In the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, Japan won the most medals followed by China and South Korea.

This week we meet the physiotherapist for the British Judo team, Ben Ashworth.

Join Natalie in this week's video to hear Ben talk about judo and learn the word 'potential' and the phrase 'aim of the game'.
