I prefer work with people commited and willing to reach objectives. People who cooperate with the team. I dislike working with lazy, they can affect the performance and maybe discouraging all members of the team.

A reliable and high-spirited person is the most wanted member in any team work. Anyhow, we often find some 'the-other-way-round person' in our daily team work. In this case, we have to be smart to put a right person in the right place.

So, I haven't had any experience of my trying to achieve one goal with others.

It is very important to get on with a team in which you work. Everyone is part of process in work. Result is depended upon everyone in the team. And if you do not get on with the team, results can be not successful. The team will not reach their goal.

Well,in China, teachers say and students listen. Then we do our homework.Only when a sports meeting is held,I can feel the team spirit of our class. It seems that we can live dependently without getting on well with others, but actually it is vital because how can we stay away from news, food and information? Those are all done by others,so try to adapt ourselves to different people so that we can cooperate with them well.
