Fried sweet potato with syrup

Jinah Song

This recipe was sent in by Jinah Song from South Korea

The food I’d like to introduce is fried sweet potato with syrup, called Mat Tang in Korean. We usually eat it for dessert. If you have a sweet tooth, I bet you will love it! It’s not difficult to cook, so why don’t you try it today?
