1. Entrants must answer the question, in no more than 250 words - “What’s my dream and how can the BBC help me achieve it?”
2.Your answer must be entirely your own work and must not have been published elsewhere. By sending us your answer you agree to the BBC publishing and using it in all media for all purposes in connection with the competition. (See the BBC Terms and Conditions for the full terms of our rights.) Entries must not infringe the rights of any third party. If your answer involves telling us about another person, please ask their permission before sending us the answer.
3. The prize will not be a cash prize. The BBC will arrange and pay for an “experience” valued at £300. Prizes must be taken as arranged between the BBC and the winners and cannot be deferred or varied. There will be no cash alternatives.
4. The competition will be judged as follows; entries submitted will be short-listed by the competition administrators. This shortlist will then be divided between three judges who will select the final two winners. The competition winners will be contacted personally. The BBC's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Entries must be submitted - using the correct online form - by 24.00hrs GMT on the 17th December 2006 (the “Closing Date”). Entrants must be at least 12 years of age and no older than 18 years as of the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted. Entrants must obtain permission from their parent or guardian before entering the competition.
6. The BBC shall not be liable for the non-inclusion or the illegibility of any entry into the Competition as a result of any technical failures of its website, the Internet or otherwise, whether or not any such failure is within the BBC's control. Proof of sending an entry shall not be accepted as proof of receipt of an entry. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Please note that entries cannot be returned.
7. This competition is not open to employees or contractors of the BBC or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition, or their direct family members. Players must comply with all rules to be eligible for the prizes. Ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently will be automatically disqualified.
8. The BBC reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control.
9. It is a condition of entry that the winner of the Competition agrees to the BBC's use of their name and photograph for publicity purposes.
10. Only the BBC and companies which the BBC may use for running this competition have access to your personal details. 11. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition. These competition rules are subject to English law and the English courts shall be the sole courts of jurisdiction.
