Here are four pieces of advice for when you make a business phonecall. Do you think each piece of advice is good or bad?

a) always fax ahead to allow the other person time to prepare for the call
b) don't write things down - it's better to remember them
c) speak quickly, you sound more natural that way
d) don't pretend to have understood if you haven't
