Day 1 has been a very bad day for Tony and May. In this section, you'll get a chance to use language connected with hotels. You'll also have an opportunity to find out some things on your own.

First, imagine that you are trying to get to your hotel. You're in a taxi. Follow the story below, choosing the correct word(s) to fill the gaps.
