What do you do?
I am a producer making content for the BBC's Learning English website. I have also made radio programmes, mainly for learning English through music. Highlights include interviews with Phil Collins, Black, Noddy Holder, Mark Almond and Jimmy Sommerville for the series called Lead Vocals.

Where were you born?
Kiev, Ukraine.

What languages can you speak?
Ukrainian, English, Russian, French, Italian, and a little Spanish and Portuguese!

What's your favourite website?
Ah - Google*.

What's your favourite drink?
Tomato juice with plenty of Worcester sauce.

What's your hobby?
I enjoy travelling very much. I have been to over 50 countries and territories of the world, from Haiti to Fiji and from Canada to the Gambia. My other hobby is eating out.

What's your favourite proverb?
'Life is not a bed of roses'. Sad, but true.
